My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Don’t panic! Take a look at your tracking information, which can be found on your dispatch confirmation email, to see where your parcel is. If it has taken longer than the stated delivery time, please contact us with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking information can be found on your dispatch confirmation email, in the ‘Delivery Info’ section (just under your item list). This will let you know where your parcel is if you click on the link, but if it has taken longer than the stated delivery time, please contact us with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further.
Where is my item?
It may be that your item has experienced a delay, so please check your order history for a few more details. This can be found in your online account, as long as you were signed in when you placed your order. Your delayed item should still be reserved for you, and will be sent as soon as possible.
If you don’t have an online account and have already received part of your order, please check the paperwork included in your parcel. Otherwise, feel free to contact us with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further.
What if I am not in when you make a delivery?
Don’t worry, you can check your tracking information on your dispatch confirmation email for more details. Otherwise, there will be a card left by the courier with instructions on what to do next.
